Step by step ordering product or services in our website.

  • On the Top Menu, click Register then fill the specific information specially username and password. If you have specific account, please log in.
  • In the shop menu kindly select photo book voucher and choose desire photo book size you want  to purchase.
  • After choosing, click add to cart then proceed to checkout, you can also view product single page by clicking the photo of the item.
  • Fill up the shipping details then choose payment method between direct bank transfer or paypal.
    • Direct Bank Transfer: Pay through Bank Deposit, we have to Bank Option, BPI or BDO Account.
    • Paypal: Online payment using your credit card.
  • Then click place order and your done, an email confirmation will be sent to your Email for your payment option. You can send the picture of deposit slip through our email info@picturebooks.com.ph when choosing direct bank transfer.
  • An email of voucher code will be sent to you after paying the amount. You can use this voucher code for purchasing photo book. It will give you big discount, note that this voucher code cover only the exact amount of the book, other upgrade or additional pages will have an additional cost.

READY PRINT BOOKS

This prouct category is for the individual who have their ready to print pdf files or jpg, you can upload it to our file uploader found in menu

  • On the Top Menu, click Register then fill the specific information specially username and password. If you have specific account, please log in.
  • In the shop menu kindly select Ready Print Books and choose desire photo book size you want  to purchase.
  • After choosing, click add the product and you will be directed to product single page, customize your specification based on your ready print books, the amount will vary depend on your specification, after choosing specification the add to cart button will appear together with the price.
  • Click add to cart then checkout. Fill up the shipping details then choose payment method between direct bank transfer or paypal.
    • Direct Bank Transfer: Pay through Bank Deposit, we have to Bank Option, BPI or BDO Account.
    • Paypal: Online payment using your credit card.
  • Then click place order and your done, an email confirmation will be sent to your Email for your payment option. You can send the picture of deposit slip through our email info@picturebooks.com.ph when choosing direct bank transfer.
  • Upload your file or pdf through our file uploader page, fill up the form of your order number found in My Account Order page, you can also view the order number through the automatic email that sent to you. This will identify the Order and file you uploaded so we can avoid confusion.

HIRE AN EXPERT

LAYOUT SERVICES

  • On the Top Menu, click Register then fill the specific information specially username and password. If you have specific account, please log in.
  • In the shop menu kindly select Layout Service, you will be redirect to Hire an Expert page, below the page is the Size Option, choose for small, medium or large size, we have also X-Large for your large format photo book.
  • After choosing, click the product then you will be redirect to single product page, choose the size by inch then choose layout category of design you want in your photo book. The price is only for standard 40 pages, adding extra pages will compute the additional cost.
  • Click add to cart then checkout. Fill up the shipping details then choose payment method between direct bank transfer or paypal.
    • Direct Bank Transfer: Pay through Bank Deposit, we have to Bank Option, BPI or BDO Account.
    • Paypal: Online payment using your credit card.

  • Upload your file or pdf through our file uploader page, fill up the form of your order number found in My Account Order page, you can also view the order number through the automatic email that sent to you. This will identify the Order and file you uploaded so we can avoid confusion. Please have your photos sequence so we can identify the step by step of your photo, you can rename your photos to 1.jpg, 2.jpg etc. or you can rename to 1_page1.jpg, 2_page1.jpg so we can identify how many photos you want in a single page.
  • We will send a proof copy via email for your comment and approval of the design.

Through Picturebooks Publisher

Step by step ordering your photo book through our Picturebooks Publisher Desktop Application.

  1. When I am finished with my project, how can I place an order online?

    Just click on the shopping cart icon at the top right of the screen and proceed with online order or click on File > Order then proceed with online order, and you will be guided by the software on the file sending and payment process. (After settling the payment or strictly at least 50% downpayment, we will then proceed to print your project)

    Please note that you will have to continue to project uploading after the order has been placed or the main system will not successful capture your project.

I am having a problem uploading an order; can I save it offline and send it to PictureBooks E-mail (info@picturebooks.com.ph) or submit it in one of our branches? How?

Yes you can! Here are the steps in sending an Order Offline:

  1. Open your project that you wish to order.
  2. Click on the cart icon at the top right of screen then choose “Order Offline” or click on File > Order then choose “Order Offline”.
  3. Fill in the contact and shipping information, once you’re done just click continue.
  4. You will be asked to select an “Order Data Destination”. (please choose a location where you can easily see it (recommended destination: Desktop).
  5. After choosing an Order Data Destination, you will be directed to “Save to Disk” window – it will take a few minutes. Once it’s done you will be directed to a new window that says “Your order has been successfully saved. Please burn the saved folder to CD/DVD and mail it to the following address:” (we may do that but we do not want that as it will take much time, we need the product as early as possible, here are the options on how will you send us the saved order – folder): Please take note that all options require a compressed (zip) file, to learn how to compress a file/folder please click here.
